  • Executive Coaching

    The very best leaders know that there’s always room for improvement and regularly use coaching as a highly personalised means of accelerating their further development.

    Tony and his carefully selected senior associates work with you as your thinking partner, to create and hold precious space for surfacing, exploring and leveraging new insights about yourself as a leader, and that will help you attain your personal or organisational goals faster.

    We work individually with sustainability leaders from CEOs and CSOs through to high potentials, either directly, or by contracting with your employer to create a package of support for you and a number of individuals with specific development goals in mind.

    We take a highly person-centred, solution-focused approach to coaching, drawing on a wide range of models and techniques that feel appropriate in the moment, always being led by you and your stated goals, partnering and challenging long the way to ensure you get the outcomes you seek.

    We commonly work with sustainability leaders to help with smoothing out role transitions, enhancing executive presence and leadership behaviours, managing imposter syndrome and developing communications, influencing, negotiating and execution skills.

    Due to the ‘high-touch’ nature of our work, we only take on a limited number of a clients at a time. We are at capacity currently, but please do contact us if you wish to plan ahead.

    As part of our wider contribution to a responsible and sustainable society, Tony selectively invests up to 5% of his time on a pro bono basis to CEOs and Founders of deserving purpose-led SMEs such as B-Corps and social enterprises.

  • Team & Group Coaching

    Smart leaders know that success is a team effort. Sustainability leaders intuitively think systemically, recognising that they as an individual are nested in a team, which in turn is nested in the organisation, which in turn is nested in a system of stakeholders.

    Tony and his senior associates can work with you at a team level or even organisation-wide to deepen your trust, psychological safety and, ultimately, drive higher performance and sustainable business outcomes.

    We take a systemic approach to coaching teams, usually through a blended program of structured team assessments and workshops, alongside more unstructured observation, feedback and support.

    We have run team coaching programs for FTSE100 companies and SMEs focused on everything from accelerating new team formation to developing high performing teams, and from communicating for impact to improving a team’s influence across the wider organisation.

    We have a number of ‘off the shelf’ field-tested and proven group coaching programmes, coupled with proprietary assessment tools, including our Sustainability Leadership Assessment, which can be deployed team- or even org-wide to baseline and track your organisation’s ‘heatmap’ of sustainability leadership mindset, capability and behaviours, as well as organisational barrier and enablers to sustainability.

  • Strategic Advisory & Facilitation

    Sometimes the board, C-suite or the sustainability leadership team we’re working with need a little help lifting themselves ‘out of the grass’ to see the bigger picture and figure out their longer-term strategy.

    We have over 20 years’ experience of facilitating strategy workshops and retreats to enable leadership teams to get the cohesion, clarity and focus that they need.

    We take a bespoke approach to designing and delivering strategy workshops and facilitated events for 6 to 100+ people, listening carefully to your needs and desired outcomes, involving you in the delivery as much or as little as you wish, and always aiming to exceed your expectations.

    We’re skilled at using a variety of strategic planning tools, such as 3 Horizons, which are ideally suited to transformational, paradigm-shifting long-term corporate strategy development.
