1st ‘Global State of Sustainability Leadership’ Report 2025

We are currently working with academic partners on our first ‘Global State of Sustainability Leadership’ Report, which we plan to publish via Forbes.com towards the end of the year.

This report will aim to generate decision-useful insights for C-suites, HR/L&D leaders and sustainability leaders on the priority leadership development needs of sustainability leaders and their teams that would accelerate their ability to deliver results against an increasingly complex and challenging corporate sustainability agenda. There is currently a wide ‘intention-action gap’ that needs closing between business ambitions and performance on sustainability. Sustainability leaders are in the driving seat to close that gap, but in order to support them, we need to identify and highlight the global trends and priorities in terms of sustainability leadership development.

We would like as many leaders as possible, at all levels, with an interest in the corporate sustainability agenda to participate, so that we can build a comprehensive and representative map of the different geographical, sectoral, seniority, demographic and cultural perspectives on sustainability leadership.
